WC2 Human Transport

I have the orc transport for my project, but I would really appreciate the human one.

Use of in-game skins is preferred.

I requires very little animation, just: Death, Decay, Stand and Walk.

This is a model I would like to see created. Although its true, one could simply use the WC3 Human Transport, it simply does not have the WC2 feel. The WC2 Orc transport has the feeling of a ship with a large hold that could be packed with sweaty orcs, so it would only be fitting for Kam's map to have a Human transport with a similar epic feel. To be honest, I have no idea how it was powered, a magic self propelled metal box, or perhaps the WC2 graphics obscure oar holes, but propulsion really isn't important for the model itself, as long as it as some water splashes that trail it, people would understand it's a ship if they didn't already recognize it from WC2. I think its rather simple and rectangular in shape so it shouldn't require much work, and it would be a useful model to have; on one hand, it makes a fine alternative to the WC3 "fishing boat" human transport and its appearance is also versatile enough that it could easily double as a more modern transport. One thing is for certain though, a better screen shot is needed. The current one is too small, probably the reason no one took the chance to make such a useful model.

Here is a better picture I think, it's hard to get detail because the games graphics are so old.

And for reference this is the orc transport I'm using, so it should give you an idea for quality. I would appreciate use of ingame textures, I would suggest the steam engine.

Well, for me is important the propulsion system. I just hate excuses in form "is powered by magic". It still has to follow the rules of physics and also this appears to be made by gnomes or something like that, who use mostly technology instead of magic.

However in the second pic it looks that there are some sort of waterwheels behind :)

Ok kam, theres something called model editing using magos model editor. ITS so fucking simple. If u need help on removing stuff like that turret, just pm me.
2nd, about the filesize. MULTIPLE SQUISHING. Squish the model like 10 times repeatedly. i ALWAYS do that. then when you import it, remove all the "_squished_" parts. that way if it has a portrait, it'll understand which model to go too.

Third, being picky does not help at all. I've learnt this the hard way. Live with what you got, and if you get something better take it. Now then, i actually have some ship models that you might be intrested in. PM if u want a peek.

nope
I'm sticking on Kam's side of the story on this one
if I had wc3 right now I would model it up for you, I do have milkshape though, and have the exporters, just not the proper textures and utilities to finalize it

so if you could send me textures of the steamtank, I would model it, then get someone else to finish it off..

If you can get someone to finish my old human transport then you can use it.

I have a plenty of wc2 models that I had made like 3 years ago, if you want them just PM me. (They are all in .3ds format, none were finished)

The model is in .3ds anyone can use it, I not even care for credits (took me no more than 5 minutes when I had made it)
