Looks pretty nice. Maybe it would look better if you tinted the shrubs a little bit more green, and imo it doesn't look good when that grass grows in the water. It should just be on land, and it should be dirt tiles where it's water.
 
lol that looks nice! but u could use some rock tiles on the waterfall there, it looks like its flowing down on grass o.O

I think the edited one is a bit better, but you should have kept the same distance as the first one, looks better when it's a bit further away. Anyway, the thing that bothers me most now is that it's too sharp from the cliff where the last waterfall comes down. Maybe smooth it a little or add some rocks/other fitting doodads on the top. I also like that you added more background. +rep
