Hi hivers, I'd like to ask how to improve this?, what's wrong, what's to remove and what to add?

Why is it like this?, how can I remove the deep water?, coz when I lower down it appears...

You would have to also run the water tool over areas that arn't the water height that you want. You would have to start drawing the water from a water height that you want it to be like probably how you made the water that height in the first place.
