Hmmm... looks okay. My biggest complaint is one concerning not your terraining ability but your choice of doodads. Lily pads typically grow in stagnant ponds or in areas with negligible current. Waterfalls + Lily pads = nonsense...
You probably want to have some doodads at the bottom of the waterfall. A bunch of Bubbles or Bubbles (steam) where the waterfall hits the surface usually looks pretty nice.
And Ditto Dalaran_Guard on the lily pads. Place them around the edges and by rocks, not in the center of the pond.
Good use of scaled-up rocks (is that what you did?) for the waterfall backdrop.
I like it. It just needs a bit more thought and polish.
