How can i make the water really deep? and make some units go under the water?

It's a flat model of water, just cover the map in them and raise them.

1) Upsize 'em lots and lots
2) Make one at the bottom, and then push it up however far you want
3) Keep building up till the top!

OR

Change a unit's stat - swimming height. You'd have to make the water transparent though. I think the stat's under movement.

Units like the naga siren can swim. There is a swim height, and you can edit it.

I think that is what he meant. I didn't know you could change the swim height. That's pretty cool.
