how can i make water somewhere by triggering? but i dont want to have transparent water which gets coloured.

Changing terrain in game isn't possible.
If you're referring to the water that flows into the Nerubian Traps in the Undead Campaign, you'll find those are in fact destructibles that look like water rising up.
