After searching the internet for a while I finally found the Warhazard maps, but unfortunately the text is in russian, good news is the audio is in english. There should be no problem in enjoying the story and since the gameplay is very easy, playing the maps shouldn't be a problem either... 
that is until campaign 3 since campaign 4 doesn't have english voices.

I changed the in-game name of the first map of each campaign so that they can be easily loaded in order due to how they work, you can find more info about this in the manual:

1. Strategy Campaign "Dark Horizon" with german and english speech
Start Warcraft3 "Singleplayer" and "Own game" and select the directory "WARHAZARD_ENGL" and then the Directory "Campaign1"
Slect and start the "DARK HORIZON - Intro" file, to play the campaign.
All following missions will be loaded automatic when you completed the previous missions.
You have to play one mission after the other and cannot exclude missions, as this will cause errors !
2. Roleplaying Campaign "Return Of Darkness" with german and english speech
Start Warcraft3 "Singleplayer" and "Own game" and select the directory "WARHAZARD_ENGL" and then the Directory "Campaign2"
Slect and start the "Return of Darkness 1" file, to play the campaign.
All following missions will be loaded automatic when you completed the previous missions.
You have to play one mission after the other and cannot exclude missions, as this will cause errors !
3. Roleplaying Campaign "Legend Of Cronos" with german and english speech
Start Warcraft3 "Singleplayer" and "Own game" and select the directory "WARHAZARD_ENGL" and then the Directory "Campaign3"
Slect and start the "The Legend of Cronos Mission 1" file, to play the campaign.
All following missions will be loaded automatic when you completed the previous missions.
You have to play one mission after the other and cannot exclude missions, as this will cause errors !

Turn on subtitles in the options !
Start Warcraft3 "Singleplayer" and "Own game" and select the directory "WARHAZARD_ENGL" and then the Directory "Campaign4"
Slect and start the "Dark Visitors - How everything b" file, to play the campaign.
All following missions will be loaded automatic when you completed the previous missions.
