Warcraft 3 Matchmaking "Fair" engine.

So.
Blizzard calls their Matchmaking engine "fair" and says it teams you up depending on your levels.

Somehow i always manage to get a level 5 ally and meet up against two level 20.
WHAT THE FUCK.
It is driving me insane!
WHY !!???

It was before a lot better. About 5 year ago the opponent depends of yours and theirs levels. Now it's about percents...

Say you play with noobs with high percentage against experienced players with a lower percentage.
