Walkable stairs

is it passible to create a walkable stairs just like the attached picture

Use terrain underneath the steps and lay steps on top of the terrain. The players won't see the terrain, but they'll see the steps. To them, it'll be steps going down. Alpha tile is recommended for this sorta stuff.
