With the color of the face and the color of the robe being the same it looks as though the face is bleeding into it, which looks weird. I'd recommend changing one of the two into a different color so the face and robe look like separate pieces. Adjusting the saturation of one of the two could do the trick, though I'd probably adjust the skin tone of the face to more of a reddish orange, and make it a little bit less saturated.
The edge of the hood on the other hand looks very separated from the rest of the hood. You should at least have the creases and shading from the edge of the hood match up to the rest of it
