Virus Restarting My Comp

Ok, now I'm a bit worried. I can't scan it because I trigger it that way and it restarts my computer. Now it restarted my computer and I wasn't even scanning.

Is there a way to get rid of it? I don't know how to remove it manually, but if somebody knows...you could maybe give me instructions? Links, whatever.

P.S. Is it that "spider" I heard of? Each time it restarts your comp, it removes one of your files, right?
