Very simple Skin'Model request

Ok, this request is simple and can be done as a model or skin.
Yes, I can skin but I can't alpha. Alpha is only in Photoshop, but I have Photoshop ELEMENT so I can't alpha.
Pretty much, it's just a priest without his staff. Short and sweet. What's the use of it? I'm going to put a bow where his staff was and make him into an archer. "Then you would need to give it archer animations". No, I like the priest animations. If you can imagine it, it looks like an archer. And what might be a bit more complicated, if you could remove the sparkle on his hand when he attacks.
If this is a model, then it needs to have a portrait.
