Vertex Modifier Error

When I open Vertex Modifier this error comes

Anyway couldnt find solution of it on Oinkerwinkle.com

Well program still runs but my viewports are black

Go into your control 'center' and then into Keyboard settings (I think). Then change 'Use as decimal' from , to .

Sure you have do it right?

Now I use the danish version of windows, so I cant translate the names 100%.

Go to "Control Pannel" under start and then under "International and Lauange Settings"

Then this window will apper:

Click on the button that is marked with a red square, and this window till apper:

Then change "," in the red square to a "."
