Using hiveworkshop resources for other games

I'm wondering if it's alright to use them for other games.. I couldn't find in the terms and rules mentioning this explicitly.

I would like to download icons to be used in a mod ( unrelated to warcraft or blizzard ) that I'm making. So I'm asking this honest question just to make sure nothing big and bad happens.

Some resources are 'open source'. To find them you can check the 'open source' tag while searching. You can use these resoruces without asking the authors for permission.
