Hello, I am trying to use the female demon hunter dominated skin in a custom map so I opened it in retera studio. It worked but in world editor I am seeing a green box even though I am using the same paths used in retera...I am having this problem with only this skin...What could be the problem?

I even tried to import the female demon hunter model from Casc to verify the paths and replace the original textures but I am still getting this error even if I use the paths mentioned in retera

It didn't work...when I tried this nothing got imported... I don't think this is the problem because when I import the base model it is working in SD mode...does anyone know how to fix this?

It's this the model your using?

If yes, try using upper cases and changing from dds to tif like it instructed: "NightElf_DemonHunter_DemonForm_dominado_Main_Diffuse.tif"
On the model's page here on hive, there is a link called "how to import this model". It's in a box with "See in 3D" and "Sanity Check" There it shows the proper naming you should use in asset manager.

If doing as instructed the still doesn't work... I think you can't use this model in SD.

Hi, I tried that too...and I am not importing it in SD mode...I want it in reforged graphics only but when I tried in HD mode nothing got imported. In the sanity check the model has 2 errors but they're minor... textures are fine. I'm not understanding why are the textures in .tif extension because we can't use tif files in asset manager...when I import the textures they are .dds. I don't think this is the problem but still...

Well, your picture shows that your model is defined to work on SD...

Can you change it to HD? I never tried... I only use SD. But I think that's your problem.

Edit: Ok I just took a look here.
In asset manager, right click the file you want and go to "modify fille properties".
There you can change SD to HD.
Change all files to HD and save. If the model doesn't show on editor, test the game. If it still doesn't show in game, I have no more ideas haha.

Ok, I imported it. But I don't have the HD version, so I can't test in game.
However, I got it to show in the editor.
I did just as you did and it worked.
What can be happening in your case is:

1. Your editor is not set to HD Assets.
On Files, go to preferences and see if your Asset Mode is on for HD.
If it is set to SD, change to HD and restart the editor.
(also turn off Teen Data just in case)

2. You got a corrupt file.
Delete everything and download again.

3. Your editor might be out of date. Try updating warcraft.

4. You are cursed.
Seek your nearest priest or other equivalent figure of faith like an Iman or a Shaman.

My version is 2.00d
I can't open in game. I only have the SD version of Warcraft3, because I never bought Reforged and still play my old copy from way back.
So No HD for me. And in SD the model doesn't show.
