Using a WCIII map is forbidden?

Originally I create map terrain and enviroment myself, but if I use a map created by the Blizzard, for example: (5)Deathrose.w3x so if I use the example map, and upload here (of course with good description, triggers, cinematic, story, settings) that map will be rejected?

I hope I write a good thread about the problem.

Using a standard Warcraft 3 map is not against the rules. Just make sure your map is good.

well, if there's a difference it won't be a problem of course but if not, it's better to only have one

if it's the same but only with some minor changes = still not worthy
make sure it's worthy enough to be uploaded here

Nope, as long as you added significant contents/changes that reach Hive's standard then that should not be a problem.

Make something unique of that map and I'd say it's approve-able as long as you mention the author's map on which you based it.
