User Interface Sizes?

I'm considering making one for my Upcoming Diablo III map

However! Before I start, I was wondering, is there an existing template available?

for example, a basic layout as a guidline to make sure all the boxes line up correctly.

Yeah.. one of the premade ones. Use that and paint it on a layer over top the old one.
