Use requested models ( with giving credits, ofc!)

I am just wondering at the moment, am I allowed to use files requested by another user when I give the right credit ?
For example, Anvil made a black wing model for a request but it is not available at the regular resource section. So am I allowed to use it when giving credit or do I have to ask before using ?

I think you can use it if it's created in public area (Request or WEHZ).

Well, you can either ask permission from the user who requested it or the user that made the model or do both. In all cases, it would all go well and you did the right thing.
