upload triggers

i wanna kno how 2 import trigger into fourms so ppl can help me with them.. but i dont kno how =(

2 questions....
1) becuz my map has tons of trigger in it, if u use the export triggers option, everything get exported... but sometime i only need 1 of them 2 be exported..
2) how do i put triggers on fourm??... do i take a screen shot, edit it, then upload picture?... then wats that funny "wrap

In the world editor, right click on a action/condition/event/the actions block/conditions block/events block/the white page which represents the whole trigger, then click on Copy To Text.

Now come here, paste your code and then wrap it with trigger tags.
You just need it to look like this
[trigger] your code [/trigger]

1) To only move only one or two triggers instaid of exporting them all u can just copy and paste the triggers from map A to map B.
