gameplay interface changes?

uhm... ok i wanna kno how 2 change the game interface of warcraft 3 in a custom map
i got a immage uploaded (wc3 map) open and see it and u'll kno wat am i asking =)

uhm... is there any programs out there that let me make custom interface myself?
i didn't like any (wel... there are only to, the panda and demonic) interfece on the link u gave me but thx anyway

I don't know if you require modeling or skinning, but anyway, I'll move this to the Texturing & Surfacing forum and if it's wrong, Werewulf will move it to the correct place.

its definetly texturing no modeling is required to alter the interface, as far as i know
