You said functions don't work and you asked how to set it through triggers. How should I know?

Anyway, why doesn't it work? How do you set it and when?

I've tried on map init and im pretty sure i've tried it after 0.00 seconds (lol).

EDIT: It works on 0.00 seconds. Sorry for your time...
 
Here is an example; the default Necromancer can't cast Unholy Frenzy, because it has a requirement of an upgrade. So, I set the upgrade's level to 1 at Map Initialization and he is able of casting it right away.

Edit: Oh, ok, but it doesn't have to be Elapsed time is 0.00. It can also work at Map Initialization, like in the map I posted.
