Unrelentling Force

Yes, it's TES. I wanted to know if there's some sort of spell here that works the same or nearly the same with this. If not, is it possible?

For those of you who don't know what this unrelentling force is, then check this out. So is it possible to blow your enemies off and make them lie down after getting hit by the shout? Could be a spell idea if it has not already been done.

Note: I'm not promising that I will be using it if it gets done, but if I do it would be in a map related to my sig right below this post.

ofc it's possible, you need a jump syetem and when the unit lands stun and play it's death animation for a while...
