Unrelenting Force Spell?

Just an idea for a new map, where one of the pickable heroes would be the called "The Dragonborn" as in from Skyrim. And one of his spells would be Unrelenting Force, but I have no idea how to make this spell. Anyone know how to make it GUI?

If you haven't already checked the Spells section, it might be there. If it isn't, there might be a very similar knockback spell.

There are also plenty of knockback systems that you could use to easily make the spell - all you need to do is make a pretty SFX and cause knockback, damage and stun to units in front of the caster.

Also, please explain what unrelenting force does... not everyone plays Skyrim... when you request or ask, make sure you give as much detail as possible...
