Unlearning Spell

Hello i have a problem..

I want to my hero forgets, unlearns spell, and instead of it, learns some other. I manages to learn him that second spell, but what i don't know is how to remove past skill from him.....please help out

And how to make that when hero acquires an item (etc. Book), he loses past abillity and gains new one?
I tried ---Hero acquires an item
---level of hero greater or equal than 4
---Unit- remove Spellbook abillity1
- learn skill for Hero - Spellbook abillity2

But that doesn't seems to be working...

Unit - Remove ability.

Use Tome of Retraining.Just edit that item ability to be unit, hero ability.

I looked under Hero - learn skill ,bla bla bla, and i didn't find anything...
