Units in Region Order

Heres another one, I tried the search thing and got nothing so here it is.
I need to make all of the units in a certain region hold position at the start of the game but I can't seem to find a simple "Pick units in region and do blah"

Cause you have to generate a group of all units in the region first and then enumerate through that group doing the actions?

thats confusing lol, I messed around for about an hour and got it to work. Not sure if its what you said or not, but it worked fine.
