Unit within range

I want to create a unit within range trigger that will work with newly created units that are not defined in the event before the map starts.

Is this possible/what is a work around?

There is action under "Trigger categroy".

Something like:

• Trigger - Add to trigger MyTrigger Event - A unit comes in Range with LastCreatedUnit
