Unit pass trough another unit (like a ghost trough a wall)

Hi! in my TD the creeps are... hm how i can say this... like pushing each other and that makes them slow, my question is how i can make the pass trough each other like a ghost trough wall? thank you! +rep for the one who help me!

I think I understand you correct so you have to set the pathing of you waveunits to 0

Use this trigger:

• Unit - Turn collision for (Triggering unit) off

Or you could just set it (WITHOUT TRIGGERING) in Object Editor, Pathing - Collision Size, set it to 0, as this unit can be stackable on top of each other (same applies to dummy units and stuffs)
