Anyone know how to disable the flashing red color in the Unit Icon when the unit is damage?

I'm not sure what you are asking here. The unit icons turn red when they have a debuff on them. That is the only time I know of though...

I think it's in gameplay constants, but not sure where. Maybe something like "Attack Notification".
