Unit Flags Via Triggers

Is it possible to edit, change, remove, or add a unit's flag (example unselectable, untargetable, no kill score, no build score, etc) via triggers? So far all I can find is invulnerable/vulnerable, and that's its own function in its own.

I want to add the "untargetable, unselectable" flags to 12 specific units, but I don't want to add it to the unit data because that would make them all unselectable and untargetable.

Help?

Edit: I also seem to be having another rather large issue. I may as well add it here:
Known Unsolved Bugs:
-In anything other than low settings, 75% of the terrain goes pitch-white and is unbearable to look at.

NVIDIA GeForce 9200 I believe.
And no I don't believe it's the card. The terrain I used is from another 'style' of map, I simply changed the path of some of the default terrain.
Safe to say I messed something up because I've ran everything on Ultra before (it was a disaster for FPS) and none of these issues arose then.
One moment, I'll edit this post with some screenies.

Edit: From the looks of things its because of the terrain shaders.
If you look in the screenies, on the one where everything is glowy, on the far right it still looks normal. I believe this is because this area is darker and uses less of a shader.
On Low settings the game does not use too many shaders.
This leads me to believe that one of the file paths I edited I did not put in the 'glowy' portion (path) of the said terrain.
But I can't seem to figure out where I messed it up.
Please note that I edited this terrain not knowing anything about actually editing terrain, and so it was through trial and error I ended up with this.
