So basically there are computer controlled units and when I use my own unit to cast a storm bolt based ability on them, the 1st time this occurs to this particular unit, the unit "disappears" and then reappears a split second later but after this first time it doesn't happen again. I placed some units controlled by a "Player" and it doesn't cause them to disappear at all. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

The missile speed is 0 and there is no projectile.

So share your experience with us.

My request was not directly targeted at you. I have seen countless such threads where people ask what could be the reason for a fatal error in their map, for a desynchronization, for everything that may have hundreds of causes. To limit the problem is a matter of diligence, since you just need to consecutively deactivate features of your map/stuff that take place before the issue, implement debug messages and test/try to reconstruct the problem. That's the same thing we do when the map is uploaded if it's not as obvious.

Well it seems that upon the Storm bolt being cast by me, the computer opened the spell book and casted the custom wind walk that was in it, the wind walk has 2 minute cd, and lasts for .5 a second so in my trials, I just gave up after 30 seconds of testing. And I guess it gave the appearance of what I described.

Now that I've humiliated myself this thread may be closed.
