Hello. First of all, I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to post this and if it's not, my sincere apologies.
Alright, now the problem. Night Elven and Undead buildings show no animation while constructing. Only thing visible is the texture beneath the building itself. This problem did not occur before while I had Windows 7 installed, but it does now ever since I installed Windows 8.1 on my laptop (however that may or may not be relevant to the problem).
On a side note, while in main menu in Warcraft 3, everytime I click an option (such as Single Player or Options) the game stutters for about 1 second.
Any solution to this? Thanks in advance!
