Unable to show timer for player

Hi.

I have a problem when I try to show a certain timer to a player.
I use the action "Countdown Timer - Show\Hide Timer Window for Player", but I can see the window no matter what player I set in the action. Why?
How can I show a timer window just for specific players?

There's also a test map which you can download it and understand it.
It's under Revive System folder.
