Umm.. Science Fair Project Help!?

Does anybody know how to do a dolphin model for a science fair project?
I need to bone structure to be in place too, cause i'm trying to see if a dolphin's body curve makes it balanced or not. please help. this is my first science fair project and i just came back from china i have no ideaaaaa!^_^thx
