So I've been trying to make a wide variety of heroes for a little gamemode I'm working on, and I had the idea for a hero that has exceptionally powerful abilities that cost him a certain amount of health. How would I go about doing that?
Say, if I were to give him a damage boosted flame strike ability that would take 60 health off of him, would I create a dummy unit that would hit the caster with a modified, missile-less spell, or is there a better way of going about this?
And for the ultimate, the spell would reduce the casting hero's health to 150 (pool, not max) in exchange for lifestealing properties to his basic attacks, plus a damage boost, for a short time, allowing him to basically earn back the health in spades if used correctly. Is there any method of doing this?
