Ahmm... Guys, I've been wondering what types of spell should I choose for the heroes?

A two active damage spells, one passive spell, one buff, and the signature spell for all, to make it well-balanced?

Depends, what kind of hero/es are you making?
But check out Blizzard heroes, they are balanced.

Depends on what the hero's good for. For example, Tauren Chieftain has two passives, Beastmaster has three summons and a channeling, despite both being melee Strength heroes.
