Seems as the normal Death Knight hero model in Warcraft 3! It was made based on that model. -_-

Hmm. Really something although I don't think the brownish/brassy colour of his armour should also be on the horse bone parts.

Overall a well made texture! The concept of two pupils is creative and something I've not seen before, creates a dreary and otherwordly look which goes well with the rest of the texture.

Crisp and clear details that show up well from the distance at which warcraft is played.

What I would try to improve with this texture would be to accent the edges of the metals a bit more with brighter tones in order for them to show up better and separate the different parts of the model a bit more.

His hair also currently blends in with the cloak at a distance which looks a little confusing, I'd try separating their colours a little.

Above cons were more nitpicks, the biggest problem with the texture is the nose the "Alae" or the sides of the nose currently extend too far out on his nose with a very clear line, it makes the nose feel a little strange, however this could of course be intended by you!

To summarize, well painted, good colour scheme and an interesting concept with a few small flaws here and there.
