psp8-psp10 are very similiar, psp10 just has new added interface features and afew of the tools moved around.

You shoulnt be asking for tutorials at this moment, you at least need to practice and muck around and experiment in psp10 to get use to it or the tutorials will have little effect upon you.

Also, dont use filters to make art, if a tutorial teaches you that to make a peice of artwork dump it, filters teach you nothing and do the work for you which means you gain nothing and learn nothing and fill yourself with fake pride that artists will tear down since they know what makes art.

hmm..dam..

Well to be honest i never took any tuts for psp10, only advice from forum people. But i lack skills in the sig and graphics and effects area, i mainly just work on the drawing and concept art area.

Okay, but you need it for a sig right? those a graphics, an addition of effect templates to overlay upon a peice of artwork.

filters and brushes are used to make sigs.
here is a tut for sigs which i found give good result from lookin at them:
Sig plates:

Effect Tutorials:

Some good sig tuts from a site i sometimes every now and then go to:
http://www.wc3anvil.com/showthread.php?t=1455
http://www.wc3anvil.com/showthread.php?t=1037
although these are ps tuts not psp, but the results can be the same, so try to experiment using those tuts as a base.

Tutorials for sigs are VERY hard to find since photoshop is more well known and used than psp.
