Corel Paint Shop Pro X help

I recently just bought this, i have tried installing it a few times, but it keeps saying "C:/Documents and Settings/Kiefer/ .../Paint Shop Pro. Already Exists. Please Delete or rename file directory and click Retry"

Buuuuut i have looked thru my documents and it does not have that files...i have used windows search and nothing comes up with it...how do i fix this error?

go back to the shop where you bought that corel, ask their help... finish

on my country it's easy... just buy some pirated program with the keygen activator... and some "readme" notepad

I did, they just gave me another one, which does the same thing :S

What do you mean? i just Delete the whole PSP file in "My Documents"

Open your control panel, and choose "add/remove program" and search for PSP, and click uninstall... it doesn't work if u just delete it... u need to uninstall it

Yeah, but here we dont buy the games, Kazaa, Emule and Ares do that job.

I mean u can check the windows register and make sure there arent PSP corel or whatsoever program remains, that happens when u "delete" a program, not using the unninstal feature in the control panel.

PSP Fies is completley removed. I did everythign i can think of, but still says same error, i email Corel and maybe they can help me...

Dude, why the feck are you suggest he get a pirated one when he already brought a legal one?

Mine is brought ($200 )
but i didnt have that prob, i suggest you use a registry program and CCleaner to clear out left overs and little bits of ..bytes.

Just google CCleaner, run it, and then restart your comp and try to reinstall.

If that doesnt work, swap for another psp10, if that doesnt work, then you have something wrong with your computer.

EDIT:my psp was a gift from my parents for something..., but yes, i just get pirated stuff, but they do have a nasty habit of turning into a virus after a certain amount of days (rpg maker cough*)
