First try changed model in editor - wc3 editor crash
Second try -"- - wc3 editor crash
Third try, tested another random model from THW - No crash, works good
Fourth try changed model in editor - wc3 editor crash

Notes:
- Your model makes wc3 editor crash, fix that
- Make your model smaller in size, 123kb is way to big if u gonna make more models

*I have latest version of wc3 editor*

I like this model.
It's very high poly, the wrap is messy but it is ifxable if the author tries hard.
I fixed some stuff for you, kevlon999, if you don't mind.
I have fixed the walk animation, the wrap-problem and an apparent crash ingame.
the keyframe
Code:
-5 {1,1,1}
made the model crash (I think)

The walk animation bug was caused by some bad keyframes (scale)
you just scaled the model down a lot in the middle of the animation.

The wrap bug was caused by a bad texture; A texture size should always be 32², 64², 128², 256², 512² ....
yours wasn't even a square.

The high filesize was caused by a portrait that was the same as the model itself. I added a camera to the original model so a portrait shows up ingame.

You still have to reduce the polycount a lot!

here is the fixed model and texture.
