Trying to Remember a Map Name...

There was a map I played several months ago, it was a zone control.

This map would have used the outland tileset, been 12 players and the description would have had a line similar to this "has 128 regions". All the players would have been spawned around the edges. There would have been no map preview. This map would have a similar name to "Ultimate Domination" or something similar. Bonus points if you have the map or a link to.
