Trying to get Sharpcraft WEX to work with an old patch.

I downloaded patch 1.28.5 and trying to configure my path with Sharpcraft WEX to the WE that was provided with the patch/folder. And when I run it, it gives me errors. It's missing two DLL's which I replaced but still has errors after that. Same thing happens if I use the current 1.30+ patch WE.

Anyone able to help fix this issue?

One can not download v1.28.5 from Blizzard anymore.
