Trouble Recalling a TV Show From Childhood

There's this TV show I watched as a kid, can't get it out of my mind recently. I can't remember it's name, but I would really love if someone remembers it.
Stuff I remember is this:
Each episode opens with a small room full of books, miniature models and stuff like that. I believe there was some narration too.
Each episode is it's own tale.
Like in one episode there's this kid who collects silver coins, then the vampire comes in their house and eats food with wooden spoon, knife and fork.
In the end the boy kills him with his coin collection.
Then there was another episode in which someone walks in this small town during fall (autumn), it was really beautiful but that's as much as I remember.
This is off-topic so, if someone can remember it. It would be awesome.

I get it that it's pretty frustrating when you can't remember the names of things from the past that just happen to pop into your mind. =P
