Trouble finding some maps

some of the maps that i download and put into warcraft folder maps
dont apear when i go into game to play is this because of my computer or the maps

Maybe they are for a later version of the game. What do their respective OPs say?

Can you provide a few examples please?

its ok i started moving them from folder to folder and they worked
dont know why when you move them to maps scenario folder they dont work
but just paste them with the rest of the melee maps and they work some bug or something

It could be because their file name (or the path leading to the files themselves) is too long. In which case, shortening the name of the file will do the trick.
