[General] Triggered Percentage Chance for Passive abilites

How do I trigger percent chance in GUI? Like for example, I want the percent chance to bash to be triggered.

This is 20% chance.

• Percent Chance
  • Events
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Set Dice = (Random integer number between 1 and 100)
    • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
      • If - Conditions
        • Dice Less than or equal to 20
      • Then - Actions
        • -------- Do Action --------
      • Else - Actions

Do note that you will have to play around with the Less than or Greater than portion of that condition. For example, changing "Dice Less than or equal to 20" to "Dice Greater than or equal to 20" goes from being a 20% chance to an 80% chance.
