The same in any other post. EXPLAIN WHAT YOU WANT.
Maker didn't ask you for fun.

It is impossible to say what you want.
a) What do you want
b) When do you want this
c) In which situation (if this differs from b)

Checking for allies/enemies is a simple GroupEnum and then loutp through the group.
But we don't even know WHEN you want to check this.
For a spell? With an "unit comes in range"-Event? Every 10 seconds in an area?

Learn to expres yourself!

Sorry what i want is that how to make a triggers that determines unit within range either ally or enemy?? How is it created in Events to determine the target because without Events it wont work.... Sorry ill express my question properly next time...

I still don't know what you want. I can't tell you which event. I don't know when this should happen oO Just try to say what you want to achieve, maybe this helps :/

EDIT: Ok, due to your post I guess:
a) Do you want it to happen whenever someone comes near to your unit
b) Do you need enemies and allies when a spell is cast
c) Do you want to pick all enemies and allies periodicly?

Ok its every 5 seconds when my ally is in the region of 1000....
