Transient Abilities

Let's say you have two transient abilities that apply a buff to a unit.

Is there anyway to hold the hotkey for one down, thus making the unit continually have the buff, and then clicking the other one, so you'd have one constantly on the unit, and the other discretely blinking more or less.

Right now I have two transient abilities and tried to play with validators a bit, because whenever you press one it simply prevents the other ability, or stops it from being proc'd.

tl;dr I want to be able to use two abilities simultaneously.

Abilites are not meant to respond to held keyboard buttons. Try using triggers for that instead.

Me and you are both aware of the horrendous battle.net lag from the trigger detection.

Oh well, I'll just have to wait until that's improved I guess.

Horrendous is a bit of an exaduration. Annoying yes but as long as your map does not need 100% accurate key input it does not mater.

As both of your abilities are instant, the lag from trigger detection and ability cast should be pretty much the same.
