Tranquility edit

Hi I was curious if anyone could edit the tranquility effect so it doesn't have the starfall type animations at the begining and just has the green rain type effect.

Attached a picture to show what I mean.

The imported path should be:
Abilities\Spells\NightElf\Tranquility\Tranquility.mdx

And don't worry about the way the file size looks. It's actually 6.5kb when imported.
