TrangquilityTarget without the green light

Um, I need something, I guess it has to be pretty easy to do it, but I have 0 model / particle experience, so I can't do it ^^

I need something like the TranquilityTarget effect (green light with green shimmery stars), just without the green light (basically I need those green stars), so it could be suitable for a lasting buff without being too distracting.

The path to the one TranquilityTarget effect is:
Abilities\Spells\NightElf\Tranquility\TranquilityTarget.mdl

If anyone could help me with this it'd be greatly appreciated
