Orcs are meant to be physically larger and more bulky than humans so would not fit in standard footman armor. That said an Orc Footman could be a possibility, but it would need to be based off of a grunt rather with the model geometry and animations converted to footman style.

Well, it works perfectly to me. Simple, but really great idea.

Agreed, Some mesh tweaking would be nedeed in this case.

Also as an idea for other traitor orcs could be Spearman - It would be like a bandit spearman but with more orcish proportions.

Maybe you should make him as if the armor is too small and doesn't quite fit (like, he could wear a stretched helmet, but not a cuirass).
