Is there like 1 mod on tools section currently? The "old list" is better, then why did it got changed to worse? Can't windows 7 be added to OS list?

Moderation of tools has been inactive for a long time, but the back-log should be getting worked through soon.

Your other two concerns are things I'll pass on and hopefully we can get fixed (as I agree).
